Short Rib “Rice Bowl” @SaucyPorka - to me, this is Amy’s signature dish. The short rib is so fatty, melting and delicious. Best had when it’s freezing outside and you’re eating it by the side of the road, but this was still fantastic.
Pork Ramen Soup @SaucyPorka - Awesome. Whatever else you want to say about this, it tastes great, and you can tell the ingredients are superb. Compares well with some of the stuff at Pho Viet, which is a real compliment. Noodles keep well, even in broth.
Chorizo Egg Roll @SaucyPorka - not bad, especially when hot, these are the “thick-skinned” “American style” Egg Rolls.
